	International Renaissance Foundation "European Program", "East-East" Program The International Renaissance Foundation is dedicated to building and maintaining the infrastructure and institutions necessary for an open society in Ukraine. Foundation programs foster the development of and cooperation among nongovernmental organizations in an effort to create a strong civil society sector. The foundation also prioritizes initiatives that protect civil liberties, prevent corruption, support the rights of vulnerable populations, advance education, increase access to information, and improve public health.
	The Stefan Batory Foundation Warsaw The Stefan Batory Foundation is an independent private Polish foundation established in 1988 by American financier and philanthropist George Soros and a group of Polish democratic leaders of 80’s. The mission of the Foundation is to support the development of an open, democratic society in Poland and other Central and East European countries. The Foundation’s activities are funded by the Open Society Institute, the Ford Foundation, the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation and other institutional and individual donors in Poland and abroad.
	European Policy Centre (EPC) Brussels The European Policy Centre (EPC) is an independent, not-for-profit think tank, committed to making European integration work. The EPC works at the ‘cutting edge’ of European and global policy-making providing its members and the wider public with rapid, high-quality information and analysis on the EU and global policy agenda. It aims to promote a balanced dialogue between the different constituencies of its membership, spanning all aspects of economic and social life.
	European Stability Initiative (ESI) Berlin - Brussels - Istanbul ESI is a non-profit research and policy institute, created in recognition of the need for independent, in-depth analysis of the complex issues involved in promoting stability and prosperity in Europe. ESI was founded in June 1999 by a multi-national group of practitioners and analysts with extensive experience in the regions it studied. ESI's experienced and multidisciplinary team is committed to provide policy makers with relevant strategic analysis.
	Group 484 Belgrade Group 484 is a non-governmental organisation founded in 1995 to support the organisation of 484 refugee families who had found refuge in Serbia after fleeing Krajina and Operation “Storm” of the Croatian Army. From these 484 families, Group 484 takes its name. Main branches of activity of Group 484 are support to forced migrants and refugees, working with youth and regional cooperation in the field of migration. From "Europe without barriers": 484 Group has conducted an active analytical, advocacy activities in the migration and visa policy, which contributed made decision to cancel visa requirements for citizens of Serbia with the European Union in December 2009
	PASOS Prague PASOS is a not-for-profit organisation, registered on 16 September 2004 with the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic. The Secretariat is in Prague, Czech Republic. PASOS aims to promote and protect democracy, human rights and open society values – including the rule of law, good governance, and economic and social development – by supporting civil society organizations that individually and jointly foster public participation in public policy issues at the European Union level, in other European and global structures, and in the wider neighbourhood of Europe and Central Asia.
	Analytical Centre on Globalization and Regional Cooperation (ACGRC) Yerevan Established in 2002, ACGRC works as both a think-tank and an advocacy group, aiming to promotion of democratic values, strengthening of civil society and the rule of law in Armenia, development of free market economy, regional integration and peaceful resolution of regional conflicts. ACGRC supports public sector reforms and development of good practices in local governance, disseminates knowledge on legal issues, produces expert assessments and analysis of conflict transformation and regional cooperation issues, and supports initiatives that aim towards forming an atmosphere of trust and stable peace in the South Caucasus.
